What do you need help with?
Rationale Services asks for six things: your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, what you need help with, and how you would prefer we reach you. That is enough to route the enquiry properly and come back with something specific rather than a generic reply. The more concrete the last field, the better the first call — what the business does, how many people it employs, how many entities and states are involved, what is working and what is not. None of it is required.
After you send it
What happens after you send the form
-
A person reads it
Your enquiry goes to the office and a person reads it. It is not filtered into a queue or answered automatically.
-
We come back the way you asked
Rationale Services comes back to you by the method you chose, either with questions or with a time to talk.
-
We say so if we are not the right firm
If what you need is not work we should be doing, we say so and point you in a better direction.
-
The first conversation
The first conversation is about your situation and what you want to be different. Nothing is agreed until scope is clear and you have accepted it.
You do not need to be ready first
You do not need your records in order, your question fully formed or a decision made. Our books are two years behind and I do not know where to start is a complete enquiry.
Rationale Services works with businesses across the United States and most engagements run remotely, so nothing about the work requires you to be nearby. Working with us remotely explains how that runs in practice.
All services sets out what we take on, how we work covers what happens after the first conversation, including how scope and cost are established before any work starts, and frequently asked questions answers what most owners ask before a first call. About Rationale Services describes the firm.
